Prep for Emergencies is committed to customer satisfaction, and we strive to exceed your expectations. We make every effort to ensure each order is correct and shipped in a timely manner. Our goal is to be customer focused and we have based our return policy on that goal.

Shipping fees are based on the total value of your order.
Orders Shipped Within the United States
Standard Delivery Options:
- Orders from $0-$19.99: Shipping is $3.99
- Orders from $20-$49.99: Shipping is $5.99
- Orders over $50: FREE
- Free Shipping on orders over $50*
All in stock orders received before 2pm EST ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes approximately 4-5 business days.
Due to high demand for some products, we will notify you by email or phone if your order will take longer than our standard processing time. We appreciate your patience while we fill your order as efficiently as possible.
Express Delivery Options:
3 Business days: Add $15
1-2 Business days: Add $25
All Canadian orders will be accessed a $25 additional international shipping fee. Canadian customers will be responsible for any duties and taxes.
We do not accept international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30-days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in new, unused condition with all the original packaging and tags intact. All shortages must be reported within 30-days. Returns will not be accepted without Return Authorization. Email us at info@prepforemergencies.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from us, and let us know if you want an exchange or refund. We will email the RA# to you and shipping instructions. Please include the RA# with your return.
On orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise, shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the original charge of the order.
Please note: Food and water products can not be returned in accordance with laws and regulations.
Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships will have a 3.5% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy stated above will be applied.
